Jeremy Selan, Nancy Gluck and Chad White
Started the Charlotte Beer Collective with the purpose of helping local nonprofit organizations raise awareness and funds for their businesses through the amazing beer network of individuals in the Charlotte area.
Each of them served in different roles in nonprofit organizations, but the COVID pandemic limited the ability to support the causes through the social gatherings and events the group frequented.
Charlotte Beer Collective targets smaller nonprofits, pairs them with independently owned breweries and creates events and social gatherings that benefit each organization through unique beer releases, bottle shares and events dedicated towards drinking for a purpose!
Nancy has been a craft beer enthusiast since her days at Clemson. Her love of beer keeps her busy visiting breweries anytime she travels or hops around on a Saturday in CLT.
She loves hosting bottle shares at her house. If you've ever been to one you know the deal. She has been involved in working with nonprofits for over 20 years both personally and professionally.
Through CBC she can now combine the two things she loves, drinking great beer and serving others.
Chad has been involved in the local craft beer and non-profit scene for over 20 years since his college days working at YMCAs’s Camp Thunderbird.
Chad is actively involved in many nonprofit organizations, works for Keller Williams in talent recruiting and spends a lot of time at the gym or sharing great beers with his friends.
Being the emcee of Charlotte Beer Collective has its perks, Chad is well noticed and liked among philanthropic and beer groups in Charlotte!
